The "Colina" Restaurant prides itself on honoring the Espetada Regional (Regional Skewer), using specially selected meat in its preparation. It also suggests, among other tasty dishes, the Entremeada (Pork flank) and Entrecosto (Pork ribs), the Espeto de Porco (Pork on a Skewer), the Espeto de Frango (Chicken on a Skewer), and also the Picanhas (Rump) and the Bife da vazia and Bife do acém (sirloin and chuck steaks). Everything is prepared with the utmost respect for Traditional Portuguese Cuisine.

We offer a vast menu of Selected Meats that include Beef from the best green pastures, Iberian Pork and Lamb. There's also a selection of handmade smoked sausages from Beira Baixa and Alentejo that you can choose from.
